Monday

5.30pm to 6.30pm          Junior MMA (Ages 10 to 17 years)

7.00pm to 8.00pm          Adult Fitness Session (Over 18's)

Tuesday

4.00pm to 4.30pm          Mini Warriors Martial Arts (3, 4 & 5 years)

4.30pm to 5.30pm          Junior Martial Arts (6 to 10 years) 

5.30pm to 6.30pm          Junior & Teen Martial Arts (11 to 16 years)

6.30pm to 7.30pm          Adult Martial Arts (Over 16 only)

7.30pm to 8.30pm          Adult MMA / Cagefighting (Over 18's)

Wednesday

6.00am to 7.00am          Adult Fitness Class (Over 18's)

5.00pm to 6.00pm          Junior MMA (10​ to 17 years)

6.00pm to 7.00pm         Team Juniors (Invite Only)​

7.00pm to 8.00pm          Adult Fitness Session (Over 18's)

Thursday

4.00pm to 4.30pm          Mini Warriors Martial Arts (3, 4 & 5 years)
